Gluten-Free Roasted Garlic Croutons

Makes 4 servings

INGREDIENTS:

7 slices (10 oz.) of White Goodbye Gluten gluten-free bread
1/2 c. of extra virgin olive oil
Sea Salt
3 cloves of garlic, minced
Fresh herbs of choice, chopped

Gluten-Free Roasted Garlic Croutons

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Prep the Goodbye Gluten gluten-free bread into uniform cubes.
  3. Mince garlic and add oil to a small pot, cook on low for 5 minutes.
  4. In a large bowl toss bread cubes in the cooled garlic oil and a pinch or two of sea salt.
  5. Lightly oil your baking sheet and add your bread in a single layer so the cubes aren’t touching.
  6. Bake for about 5 minutes. Remove the tray from oven and stir to turn, then bake another 5 minutes and check for crispiness. Lightly toss warm croutons in the remaining oil and roasted garlic.
  7. For extra crisp turn oven off and allow croutons to rest in oven for 30 minutes.
