Homestyle Meatloaf

Makes 4-6 servings

INGREDIENTS: Meat Loaf

1 c. crumbled Goodbye Gluten
gluten-free white bread
1 lb. lean ground round (beef)
2 tbsp. minced dried onion
1 tbsp. brown mustard
1 tbsp. gluten-free
Worcestershire sauce
1 lg. egg, beaten
1/2 tsp. dried oregano 
1/2 tsp. sea salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. dried thyme
Half of glaze mixture

Meatloaf

INGREDIENTS: 3 Step Glaze

1 tbsp. gluten-free Worcestershire sauce
1 can (8-oz.) tomato sauce
1 tbsp. light brown sugar

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8-inch square pan.
  2. Excluding glaze ingredients, combine all meat loaf ingredients in a large bowl; blend well.
  3. Combine glaze ingredients in a bowl, adding half to the meat loaf mixture. Form the ground beef mixture into a small loaf in the pan. Brush the remaining glaze on top.
  4. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
