Gluten-Free Crispy Santa Sandwich

INGREDIENTS:

6 slices of White Goodbye Gluten gluten-free Bread
8 lg. Strawberries, hulled and sliced
1/2 c. dark chocolate chips
1 1/2 c. gluten-free miniature marshmallows 

Gluten-Free Crispy Santa Sandwiches

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Lightly toast each slice of Goodbye Gluten gluten-free white bread until slightly golden. 
  3. Place all six toasted slices onto a baking sheet and top with sliced strawberries, chips and marshmallows until each slice is evenly covered.
  4. Bake until chocolate chips and marshmallows melt (approximately 10 min).
  5. Cut into triangles and serve.
